CUSTOMER COMMENTS

Living at Cudworth Park right in the country is safe and quiet away from noise and trouble, defiantly a good environment with only 57 homes and only people over 50 years old everyone knows each other and therefore anyone needing help when not 100% fit for any reason can rely on friends and neighbours at anytime for doctors appointments or shopping etc.

Gudworth Park has its own bowling green and pavilion where all through the summer anyone can play or just watch and have a cup of tea and a chat. Many parties are held there as well as fish and chips nights and of course new years eve, it’s a place where the whole park can get together, everyone is welcome and it’s a good way for new residents to get to know everyone else.

Newdegate is a pleasant village in Surrey. Nestling within its boundaries in Cudworth Park, a nice well kept park in which to live, The park itself is kept clean and tidy, also friendly and also has lots if nice gardens. A very tranquil area even though its only a short drive to Gatwick Airport.

A nice feature is the bowling green. One can meet up with neighbours and either have a go at bowling or just sit and watch, relax and have a chat. If considering this part of the country to live Gudworth Park is well worth a visit

Making retirement plans or perhaps you’re already retired – heard the expression “Escape to the Country”, well i know just the place. A park home site set in the very heart of Surrey countryside yet within easy reach of all facilities. Cudworth Park offers a tranquil setting where you can quietly go about your life without interference but at the same time enjoy a community spirit that offers support and help should you need it. How many park home sites have their very own bowling green? Just check it out you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

I chose Cudworth Park some time ago and even following a personal tragedy I’ve never regretted my decision.
